Unfortunately, Premier League is not a commercial font, but a bespoke typeface created for, well, the Premier League. It's a geometric sans that performs well across a number of applications, from shirt numbers to large screens. It was designed by Toshi Omagari at Monotype in collaboration with DesignStudio, the studio leading the Premier League rebranding.
